Refund and Returns Policy
At E-translation, we deeply value the trust of our students, educators, and clients who choose our digital products and online services. Our mission is to make studying easier, more effective, and more accessible with the help of translation tools and structured guides. Because we provide intangible products in the form of digital study guides, templates, and online educational services, we believe it is important to set clear expectations regarding refunds and returns. Digital Guides and Templates
All of our study materials, including PDF guides, interactive checklists, templates, and study planners, are delivered electronically and become available for instant download immediately after payment.
- Since digital products cannot be physically “returned,” refunds are generally not available once a file has been accessed or downloaded. This is a standard practice to protect intellectual property and ensure fair use.
- However, we understand that issues may occur. If you face any technical problems (such as corrupted files, download errors, or inaccessible links), please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will provide full assistance, resend the product, or ensure you receive the correct file.
- In cases where a customer accidentally purchases the same guide more than once, or if a technical system error results in duplicate payments, we will promptly issue a full refund to correct the mistake.
To help you make an informed decision before purchase, we provide detailed product descriptions, previews, and sample pages on our website. We encourage you to read them carefully and contact our team with any questions before completing an order.
Online Educational Services
In addition to digital products, E-translation offers a range of online services such as language placement tests, tutoring recommendations, academic translation, and exam preparation support. These services are delivered on a scheduled basis or on demand.
- If you book a service but later need to cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. In such cases, you are eligible either for a full refund or to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
- Services that have already been delivered (such as a completed test, a translation, or a tutoring consultation) are considered fully provided and therefore cannot be refunded.
- If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the service you purchased — for example, due to technical difficulties, scheduling conflicts, or internal errors — you will be entitled to either a 100% refund or the option to reschedule the service at your convenience.
- We aim to provide a reliable and professional experience. If you feel that the service you received did not meet the description provided on our website, please contact us directly so we can review your case individually.
Processing Refunds
- All refunds are always processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot redirect refunds to a different card or account for security reasons.
- Depending on your payment provider or bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. If you do not see your refund after this period, please contact your bank first, and then reach out to us if further assistance is needed.
- We will always send you an email confirmation once your refund has been successfully processed.
